How to Contact Official Customer Service?​

If you have any questions while using AITable, you can contact customer service in the following ways.

Contact customer service directly​

  • On any page of the website, there is an 「Online Customer Service」 button hovering in the bottom right corner, click on it to talk to AITable's customer service staff online. Contact Us1.png

Form feedback​

  • Click on 「Feedback」 in the navigation bar at the bottom of the home page of the website to fill in the feedback form.

  • Or click on the question mark at the bottom left of the space interface and select 「Give Feedback」to fill out the feedback form. Feedback suggestions2.gif

Email Feedback​

  • You can also send your questions to us via email support@aitable.ai and our customer service team will answer them for you as soon as they receive the email.
