1. The launch of the Automation node simplifies automation workflow management
We have rolled out a new file node — Automation, enabling you to directly create and manage automation workflows in your workbench.
In the past, creating automation workflows required entering the datasheet and creating automation workflows associated with it in the advanced features area. But, as businesses evolved, managing and maintaining automation became increasingly challenging. Therefore, the new Automation node possesses all the characteristics of a file node, facilitating easier management and maintenance.
In the future, we will introduce more new features to the Automation node, aiming to enhance efficiency and make AITable your ideal digital workspace.
2. The new “Archive Record” feature makes your data management easier!
The new 'Archive Record' feature makes it easy to manage records you don't use often. Archived records won't show up in your regular view, improving daily efficiency. They can be restored anytime from the 'Archive Box'.
For example, project manager Bob uses AITable to track team tasks. As the project grows, the data becomes bloated with completed old tasks.
To keep things manageable, Bob archives older, completed tasks. They're out of sight but can be quickly retrieved from the Archive Box whenever needed.
