1. WorkDoc's new feature: Table of contents, collab member list, info panel
For this release, we've added three new features to achieve better collaboration and easier document creation.
The table of contents can help you swiftly navigate to key sections of long docs.
What's more, when multiple members are viewing the same WorkDoc, you can now see who's making live changes via the collaborator list.
Lastly, we added a WorkDoc info panel to display the document creator and creation time.
2. Global Search Input Box Retains the Content of Last Search
After you perform a global search, when you click on the search box again, the system will automatically display the last search term and the corresponding search results. This simplifies your search process and enhances the user experience.
3. The user language follows the browser language.
Now, if your browser language is English when accessing AITable for the first time, the system will detect that the browser language is English (or French, Italian, etc., click here to see the languages we support), and it will set the user language of AITable to the corresponding language.
This saves you the trouble of manually finding the language selection. When you enter the workbench, you will directly see the interface in a familiar language.
4. Upon first visit to aitable.ai, the promo video is now a feature demo
Now, when you first enter aitable.ai, a detailed feature demonstration video will appear, aimed at giving you a clearer understanding of our features. At the same time, a button entry for quick contact with sales has been added in the guidance video
