Optimization for Enhanced User Experience with Handling Large Data Setsโ
Encountering lags or delays when pasting or deleting large amounts of record data in a datasheet is now a thing of the past. Additionally, the green status cloud icon in the top right corner, indicating data synchronization, has been rectified. This ensures users are not misled into prematurely closing or switching pages, potentially causing data processing failures.
To uplift user experience, we've optimized the logic for handling data in datasheets. This guarantees a stable and secure environment for users when dealing with substantial data volumes, providing accurate insights into the data processing status.
When pasting, deleting, or archiving a large number of records, a prompt will appear, informing you that the data is being processed in batches. Once processing is complete, the status cloud icon will return to its normal state, and the prompt will automatically disappear, allowing you to proceed with the next step.
Please note that if you paste 1000 rows, the system will automatically process them in two batches of 500 rows each. If you wish to undo the paste operation after all data has been pasted, you'll need to click the "Undo" button twice to completely revert all data. This is because each undo operation is processed in batches rather than all at once.
Addition of New Model gpt-4o to AI Agentโ
The AI Agent now supports the gpt-4o model, the latest flagship model released by OpenAI.
Additionally, we've streamlined the existing supported models. gpt-3.5-turbo-0613, gpt-3.5-turbo-16k, gpt-3.5-turbo-16k-0614, gpt-4-0613 have been deprecated. We recommend adjusting your AI Agent configuration to utilize either the gpt-4o or gpt-3-turbo model for optimal performance. Removal of Data Analysis Feature Option in AITable Copilotโ
After a period of trial operation, it has come to our attention that the Data Analysis feature in AITable Copilot did not receive widespread acceptance from users. Its accuracy and utility in answering queries were subpar, failing to meet users' expectations. Consequently, we have decided to remove the Data Analysis feature option to better focus on other core functionalities of AITable, thereby providing an enhanced user experience. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.
