1. Enhanced Flexibility in Automation with Multi-Trigger Support
Our automation feature now allows users to configure multiple triggers, enabling them to set up different triggers within a single automation. This means that the workflow can be initiated as soon as any of the triggers are met. This enhancement provides greater flexibility for automating complex business processes.
For instance, let’s say you want to set up an automation in the orders table. With the new multi-trigger support, you can configure three triggers - new order created, order status changed, and order amount above a certain value. Whenever any of these conditions are met, an email notification can be automatically sent to the relevant colleagues. This eliminates the need to create multiple similar automations, saving you time and effort.
2. End of Trial Period: Updated Benefits for Widgets and Automations
Effective November 2nd, we will be implementing a charge for the “Widgets” feature. Please note that spaces on the Free plan will be restricted to installing a maximum of 30 widgets, while spaces on other plans will not have any limitations.
Furthermore, starting from November 15th, a metered billing system will be introduced for the “Automation” feature. The number of run times allowed per month will vary depending on the plan you are on. Here is a breakdown of the maximum run times per month for each plan:
- Free: 100 runs/month
- Plus: 10,000 runs/month
- Pro: 100,000 runs/month
- Enterprise: 500,000 runs/month
To avoid unnecessary waste, we recommend adjusting your automation processes according to your specific needs. For instance, it is advisable to turn off any automated processes that are not in use.
